Description

A high-performance, nutrient-dense meal designed for fitness enthusiasts and clean eaters. This recipe pairs fiber-rich roasted sweet potatoes with lean ground turkey seasoned with aromatic spices. It provides 32g of high-quality protein per serving, making it an ideal post-workout dinner to support muscle repair and stable energy levels throughout the evening.

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic for 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
Fold in spinach until wilted.
Slice baked potatoes open, stuff with turkey mixture, and top with cheddar cheese and green onions.

Notes
